Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Design and optimize workflows for Leads, Opportunities, and Deal Closures.
- Architect relationship management modules for partners and distributors.
- Build and maintain Quote and Pricing modules for accurate deal structures.
- Create proof-of-concepts and solve complex technical challenges.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Drive standards to measure and track sales performance metrics.
- Mentor the engineering team by establishing coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Salesforce development experience, focusing on Sales Cloud.
- Recent hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow orchestration.
- Deep understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes and complex pricing logic.
- Proficiency in designing REST/SOAP APIs and using integration tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong 'get-things-done' attitude.
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
