Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for assigned modules across multiple business processes.
- Facilitate application solution design under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Review code, resolve technical queries, and create consistent replication patterns.
- Perform root-cause analysis and modify software code to resolve errors, improve performance, and upgrade interfaces.
- Validate configurations, facilitate application integration, and address deployment dependencies.
- Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to support application adoption.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience with the full-stack MERN stack.
- Requires 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and technical teams.
