Responsibilities

  • Design and develop distributed computing systems used by internal and external clients.
  • Research technology options and develop proofs of concept for evaluation.
  • Create integration and application technical design documentation.
  • Complete development, configuration, and unit testing for high-complexity areas.
  • Resolve defects during testing phases and support performance testing.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot production environments, and assist with environment tuning.
  • Conduct code reviews and verify technical standards and practices.
  • Assist junior developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Promote best practices, architecture tools, processes, and techniques throughout project phases.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RxJS, NgRx Store, and Signals.
  • Good knowledge of the Spring framework, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented programming, design patterns, ORM frameworks, JPA, and Hibernate.
  • Knowledge of Java; Java 17 or later is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, ag-Grid, browser APIs, Angular components, and time manipulation libraries.
  • Practical unit-testing knowledge using JUnit and Mockito.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably OpenShift.
  • Ability to understand and write SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
  • Ability to work across both frontend and backend development and provide technical guidance.
