Responsibilities
- Build technical solutions aligned with regulatory, business, and target operating model requirements.
- Improve data quality by remediating gaps and process weaknesses affecting regulatory reporting.
- Partner with FX business and support teams to translate regulatory requirements into working software.
- Design and build regulatory services aligned with GFX strategic architecture.
- Manage and contribute to development activities across GFX regulatory projects.
- Provide feedback to IT management on changes, functions, and flows needed to meet deliverables.
- Use AI in the software development lifecycle while validating and evaluating its outputs.
- Collaborate with local and global teams and deliver iteratively using Agile practices.
Requirements
- Substantial IT software development experience with strong technical knowledge.
- Strong Java development capability using Java 11 or later.
- Experience building and maintaining solutions with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Sybase.
- Experience developing integrations using XML, REST, and messaging technologies.
- Ability to use AI effectively in the software development lifecycle with clear validation and evaluation of outputs.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodology and delivery practices.
- Effective collaboration skills and clear written and spoken English communication.
