Responsibilities
- Develop software applications and solutions for a greenfield project with a Scrum engineering team.
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant UI components using React and Redux.
- Design and implement scalable microservices with NestJS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Design applications for stability, scalability, performance, mobile devices, and weak internet connections.
- Take ownership of delivery schedules and the quality of results.
- Provide estimates and input on the effort required to build functionality.
- Apply security best practices and OWASP guidelines to protect applications from cyber attacks.
- Write unit tests using Jest to maintain high quality standards.
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of development experience using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Expertise building advanced, responsive React UI components compliant with WCAG standards.
- Experience optimizing applications for mobile devices and weak internet connections.
- Deep knowledge of Redux.
- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices with NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of clean code principles and design patterns.
- Strong experience with unit testing using Jest.
- Candidates must be based in the European Union.
