Base Salary
$123k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and build test platforms to validate Starlink software.
- Develop software for test execution across multiple environments.
- Invent tools for reliable software deployment and data analysis.
- Analyze test results and identify bugs for investigation.
- Collaborate with developers to create an integrated test platform.
- Perform hands-on integration and troubleshooting of hardware/software.
- Identify areas for improvement in test systems and propose solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, or STEM discipline and 1+ years of experience in test systems, software or hardware development; OR 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Development experience in C, C++, or Python.
- Experience with hardware test setups is preferred.
- Proficiency in Linux and Bash, with knowledge of networking protocols.
- Experience with real-world software applications/projects.
- Data analysis skills and experience with simulation software.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with RF system-level design and diagnostic test equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Knowledge of networks, electronics, RF communications, math, and physics.
