Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize performant, scalable user interfaces for Apple Ads.
- Build robust Node.js orchestration layers and middleware.
- Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Work within large-scale monorepos and modern build environments.
- Apply web performance optimization and automated testing practices.
- Collaborate with Product Engineers, Platform Engineers, and UI Engineers.
- Contribute to AI-enhanced development workflows and potentially AI-driven user interfaces.
- Apply UX/UI design principles and visual attention to improve user experiences.
Requirements
- Experience contributing to consumer-facing web applications using modern architecture with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Strong proficiency in React, modern JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of Node.js and middleware or orchestration-layer development.
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with large-scale monorepos and modern build tools.
- Working knowledge of web fundamentals and performance optimization.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Vitest, Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: experience integrating large language models or building AI-driven user interfaces.
- Preferred: familiarity with Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or React Query.
