Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement reusable UI framework components to support rapid feature development.
- Collaborate with designers and other technical leads to implement detailed designs.
- Develop complete sections of functionality from broad requirements, including edge cases and error states.
- Provide technical direction and mentoring to developers through individual coaching and education.
- Build and support frontend functionality for large-scale platforms involving data analysis, collaboration, planning, and visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years of practical software engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience with component-based frameworks such as Vue, Ember, React, or Angular.
- 4+ years of experience developing responsive web applications.
- 2+ years of experience serving as a technical lead for an agile development team.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with AI coding tools, Webpack or Vite, Git, and Jira or similar workflow tooling.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers and product managers to meet customer requirements.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a government security clearance up to TS/SCI.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of management experience, 2+ years of API development, TypeScript proficiency, Python or Java experience, AWS/DevOps infrastructure experience, simultaneous editing feature development, and familiarity with SQL and databases.
