Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, operational challenges, regulatory considerations, and strategic priorities.
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical design sessions.
- Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures, implementation strategies, reusable design patterns, and reference architectures.
- Bridge customer requirements with Product Management and Engineering by identifying product gaps, influencing roadmap priorities, and driving platform improvements.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient, maintainable enterprise solutions across workflows, integrations, APIs, data models, governance controls, and operational architectures.
- Drive customer adoption, implementation quality, operational efficiency, governance maturity, and long-term platform value.
- Create implementation standards, best practices, reusable frameworks, and solution patterns that improve customer success and scalability.
- Facilitate alignment among executives, architects, engineers, product leaders, privacy, risk, compliance, security, governance, identity, marketing, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Technical Product Leadership, Customer Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers to gather requirements, lead discovery, shape technical strategy, design solutions, and drive adoption.
- Strong solution architecture experience with APIs, integrations, workflow design, data models, enterprise platforms, governance controls, security, and scalable implementation patterns.
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product direction and solve complex customer challenges.
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Experience designing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, implementation patterns, best practices, and solution standards.
- Preferred experience in Privacy, Risk & Governance, Compliance, Security Governance, Data Governance, Consent & Preference Management, Identity, MarTech, Customer Data Platforms, or related enterprise SaaS domains.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, architecture decisions, and regulatory requirements as clear business outcomes.
- Ability to operate as an influential technical leader without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
