Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Gather requirements from business users and translate them into practical solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain automation solutions.
Use Python, RPA, low-code tools, and AI or agentic technologies to deliver automation.
Create process documentation, process flows, and user guides.
Deliver AI-powered and agentic solutions hands-on or through external vendors.
Identify, evaluate, and manage external partners while ensuring quality, timelines, and adoption.
Ensure solutions meet governance, security, and quality standards.
Research emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend scalable improvements.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Experience building automations with Python and no-code or low-code tools.
Practical understanding of robotic process automation and agentic process automation.
Working knowledge of AI tools, LLMs, and GenAI tools as a power user.
Strong process analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder skills.
Ability to work with business users and vendors.
Fresh graduates with strong project or internship experience are welcome.
