Responsibilities
- Develop innovative embedded software solutions in interdisciplinary teams for diverse customer projects.
- Work directly with customers and collaborate across different industries, systems, and technologies.
- Contribute to requirements engineering, architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and DevOps across the full development lifecycle.
- Use technologies including C++, Rust, Embedded Linux, and Zephyr.
- Ensure high software quality and reliability, particularly in regulated and safety-critical projects.
- Work with resource-constrained systems and real-time requirements.
Requirements
- A university degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Initial professional experience in embedded software development.
- Strong proficiency in modern C++; experience with Rust is preferred.
- Practical experience with embedded operating systems such as Linux and Yocto or an RTOS.
- Knowledge of resource-constrained systems and real-time requirements.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot productively and securely.
- GPU or NPU programming experience is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Strong communication, openness, decisiveness, curiosity, and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
