Responsibilities

  • Support the development of embedded C software for microcontroller-based systems using AI coding agents and modern development tools.
  • Explore and evaluate AI-supported workflows for code generation, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
  • Create prototypes, scripts, and small tooling solutions to improve embedded software development efficiency and developer experience.
  • Research trends in AI-assisted software engineering and assess their applicability to embedded systems.
  • Document findings, best practices, limitations, and recommendations and present them to the development team.
  • Work with embedded software engineers to identify use cases and integrate AI-supported workflows into daily development activities.

Requirements

  • Currently study Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a similar subject.
  • Have one year of work experience.
  • Have good C programming skills and practical experience with AI coding assistants or agent-based development tools.
  • Be familiar with microcontrollers, debugging tools, version control systems, or embedded development environments.
  • Have very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Be enrolled at a university, have remaining exams or modules, and not be on a semester of leave.
  • Submit an English CV, university enrollment certificate, transcript of grades issued within the last six months, and high school report.
