Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization of enterprise Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and select low-code, no-code, or pro-code delivery approaches using Microsoft and cloud platforms.
- Define scalable, secure, maintainable architectures, engineering standards, architecture patterns, testing frameworks, security controls, and deployment practices.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, technology selection, and end-to-end solution planning with business and technology stakeholders.
- Design and implement enterprise AI platforms, reusable AI capabilities, multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, guardrails, evaluation processes, and observability practices.
- Mentor engineers, lead distributed engineering teams, and promote technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting and leading production-grade AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams and drive technical excellence.
- Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies and defining enterprise adoption strategies.
- Strong experience with Azure and AWS AI, cloud, integration, container, orchestration, and automation technologies, including the listed platforms and frameworks.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, guardrails, testing, observability, Responsible AI, prompt engineering, vector databases, semantic search, and AI workflow design.
