Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement system and database solutions for the Finnova Core Banking system.
  • Plan, develop, and optimize changes across the overall banking system.
  • Accompany projects from architecture and conception through rollout, including new banking environments and integrations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot applications on Linux/Unix systems.
  • Design and work with Oracle databases, Exadata/ExaCC, and SQL.
  • Support second-level problem management and act as an interface to third-level support, manufacturers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Independently analyze and resolve problems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and communicate complex ICT customer solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree or qualification in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting applications on Linux/Unix systems at LPIC-1 level.
  • Very strong practical and conceptual knowledge of Oracle DB, Exadata/ExaCC, and SQL.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex ICT customer solutions with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong implementation, communication, teamwork, and independent working skills.
  • Very good German plus good English or French.
