Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, document, and support secure, scalable enterprise application solutions.
- Build backend services, secure APIs, event-driven integrations, provider abstractions, front-end interfaces, and AWS-based components for the Card Management Platform.
- Deliver card lifecycle, customer, account, fleet, driver, reporting, self-service, printer, fuel-network, and ERP workflows.
- Develop SQL scripts, ETL processes, migration utilities, data mappings, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling for ERP and platform migrations.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, quality reviews, estimation, planning, production readiness, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and support internal training and documentation.
- Provide occasional production support, releases, or incident response outside standard business hours as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree.
- Five or more years of professional software development experience required.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, event-driven applications, front-end interfaces using React or similar technologies, relational databases, ETL, migration utilities, and production support.
- Strong object-oriented development skills using C# and/or Python.
- Experience with API design, authentication, authorization, API security, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, data validation, migration scripting, and reconciliation.
- AWS certification and Microsoft/.NET certification are preferred.
- Experience in cardlock, wholesale fuel, commercial fleet fueling, petroleum distribution, PDI, CFN, Voyager, PacPride, NetworkFuels, or card-printer systems is preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure, practical, and maintainable technical solutions and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States without additional sponsorship.
