Responsibilities
- Deliver and enhance core platform services and reusable platform components.
- Build self-service capabilities and standardized platform patterns or “golden paths.”
- Drive automation and improve the developer experience for engineering teams.
- Support monitoring, incident response, reliability, and continuous improvement for critical platform services.
- Contribute to platform strategy, engineering standards, and operational process improvements.
- Lead projects, shape strategy, and mentor others as appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering, ideally within a Microsoft Windows-based environment.
- Strong automation and scripting skills using tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Bash.
- Exposure to CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
- Ability to solve problems proactively, work independently, improve operational processes, and adapt within a fast-moving engineering environment.
