Responsibilities
- Identify and define system enhancements using application development procedures and concepts.
- Analyze issues, recommend solutions, and implement application improvements.
- Write basic code based on design specifications and conduct testing and debugging.
- Analyze business and system processes and apply industry standards to resolve complex issues.
- Develop working knowledge of Citi’s information systems, application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, and data center operations.
- Assess and escalate control, compliance, and operational risks appropriately.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with programming and debugging used in business applications.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific business area relevant to application development.
- Working knowledge of programming languages.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
