Base Salary
$135k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own architecture and implementation across four integrated product areas.
- Design data models for multi-hospital and multi-unit organizational structures.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for document authoring, evidence organization, and retrieval.
- Implement SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations.
- Translate customer conversations and domain knowledge into shipped product features.
- Define CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and architectural standards.
- Collaborate with product, domain experts, enterprise customers, and other non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years building and delivering production SaaS products with end-to-end ownership.
- Strong production proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Backend design experience for multi-tenant, workflow-heavy applications.
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise authentication systems and integrations including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS.
- Ability to own architecture and execution in an early-stage startup environment.
- Experience defining CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and architectural standards for growing teams.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical domain experts and enterprise customers.
- Preferred: experience with AI-assisted writing, evidence organization, or document retrieval workflows.
- Preferred: familiarity with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, or AWS S3.
- Preferred: experience with multi-hospital or multi-unit data modeling and healthcare, clinical workflow, or regulated-industry backgrounds.
