Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems to process contracts at scale.
- Build advanced AI tools to assist the legal team in contract review.
- Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to set technical priorities.
- Establish a robust and maintainable codebase as the team grows.
- Mentor and recruit engineers to expand the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience, ideally with Python and TypeScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
