Base Salary
$220k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable systems for processing contracts at scale.
- Build agentic AI tools to help the legal team review contracts faster.
- Define and execute technical priorities with the founders and cross-functional teams.
- Establish a robust and maintainable codebase foundation.
- Mentor and recruit engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience.
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
- Strong experience with NLP, LLMs, RL, and information theory is ideal.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte is ideal.
- Ability to own projects from ideation through execution and collaborate across disciplines.
