Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements and technical design reviews focused on clarity, quality, and usability.
- Develop and maintain test designs based on requirements, use cases, and technical designs.
- Execute functional, systems integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain product and service change coverage through traceability.
- Review test designs and results, communicate execution progress and defects, and identify risks and issues.
- Mentor other test analysts and lead testing process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent education and related training.
- At least two years of proven testing experience involving test writing and execution.
- Strong organizational, writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and work independently or collaboratively.
- Preferred qualifications include QA or testing certification, banking or financial systems experience, and 4+ years of UAT, QA, or business systems testing experience.
- Preferred experience includes payments or regulated industries, Agile/Scrum or SAFe, X9 files and tools such as X9 Assist or X9 Editor, end-to-end testing, data validation, report queries, backend testing, and SDLC/STLC best practices.
