Responsibilities
- Own technical scoping, proofs of concept, onboarding, workflow design, deployments, and adoption for key customers.
- Partner with sales during evaluations by demonstrating technical capabilities and translating customer requirements into tailored solutions.
- Build demos, prototypes, example applications, documentation, and technical guides.
- Advise prospects and customers on scalable, maintainable workflow implementations.
- Surface customer insights and feature requests to product and engineering teams.
- Help define Solutions Engineering best practices and improve internal processes, tooling, and playbooks.
- Contribute to hiring and mentoring future team members.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or customer success.
- Strong problem-solving skills in data-heavy or workflow-based systems.
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, including writing and troubleshooting scripts and implementation logic.
- Basic familiarity with Python and the ability to build and debug APIs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms, workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, enterprise customers, complex implementations, financial services, or technical content is preferred.
