Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse technical architecture, including solution design, extensibility, configuration, customization, segmentation, and technical debt management.
- Lead enterprise-scale delivery from discovery and estimation through architecture, build, testing, deployment, go-live, stabilization, and production support.
- Design and govern Azure Integration Services, API, event-driven, third-party integration, data, migration, and data-quality architectures.
- Define Azure DevOps and ALM strategies covering environments, source control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance.
- Own security, privacy, compliance, resiliency, observability, disaster recovery, and operational-readiness architecture across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, technical discovery, code reviews, and technical direction for developers and consultants.
- Manage and mentor developers and consultants and communicate technical risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Establish quality strategies and release gates for build validation, deployment readiness, performance testing, volume testing, and production releases.
- Support cutover, hypercare, production support, innovation, AI-powered solutions, reusable architectures, pursuits, estimations, proof-of-concepts, and technical proposals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including Technical Lead or Technical Architect responsibilities on enterprise implementations.
- Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, and ALM.
- Strong experience with Dataverse design, Dynamics 365 CE security architecture, Entra ID, DLP policies, integration patterns, data modeling, and migration strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architecture workshops, technical discovery, solution design activities, and development teams.
- Experience delivering full project lifecycles including estimation, architecture, build governance, testing, release management, deployment, and support.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and architecture decisions to technical and business audiences.
- Interest in innovation, AI, Copilot, and continuous improvement within enterprise Dynamics 365 CE environments.

- Salary ranges are listed for Toronto/Vancouver as $65,500–$82,000 for Staff and $90,500–$115,000 for Senior Consultant.
