Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise identity and access management landscape end to end.
- Design and deploy centralized identity provider frameworks using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA.
- Establish RBAC models, enforce separation of duties, and automate identity lifecycle workflows.
- Drive enterprise application onboarding and integrations through REST APIs.
- Take technical ownership of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud IGA platform.
- Orchestrate access reviews, design certification campaigns, and automate provisioning and audit reporting with PowerShell and Python.
- Deploy PAM solutions with credential vaulting, automated rotation, and just-in-time access.
- Maintain technical documentation, monitor and optimize identity databases, and troubleshoot system integrations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of IAM architecture, governance, engineering, identity lifecycle automation, and application integration experience.
- At least 5 years of identity provider architecture, enterprise SSO and MFA, RBAC, separation of duties, and access certification experience.
- At least 3 years of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, scripting, and privileged access experience.
- Hands-on experience onboarding enterprise applications and integrating diverse software ecosystems with centralized IAM platforms.
- Experience with PowerShell and Python for provisioning, compliance reporting, and automation.
- Public-sector or state-government identity, security, or enterprise software engineering experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Texas state IT standards, regulatory frameworks, and public safety data environments is preferred.
