Responsibilities

Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Develop and enhance front-end and back-end web applications.
Build integration services, APIs, middleware, backend automation, and internal tools.
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, business stakeholders, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.
Deploy and manage applications in AWS.
Support mobile app-related development.
Maintain code quality, performance, scalability, and security across systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in software development.
Experience using AI code assistant technologies to accelerate delivery and support engineering best practices and application quality.
Strong full-stack development skills.
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
Proficiency with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience building integrations, APIs, middleware, backend services, and internal applications.
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud technologies.
Experience deploying applications on AWS, including EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and CloudFront.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, Git, and automated testing.
Experience mentoring or leading engineers is advantageous.
Retail or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
Mobile app development experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
