Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end system features spanning user interface and backend code.
- Build scripting and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with team members to integrate frontend and backend components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Explore and implement best practices to improve development processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and web APIs.
- Ability to work in cloud-based environments and with agile development methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject matter expert.
