Responsibilities

Configure and implement Dotmatics to support client scientific and business workflows.
Support delivery on Benchling, Revvity Signals, LabVantage, and LabWare as required by client programs.
Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.
Develop platform customizations, scripts, extensions, and API integrations.
Build integrations with laboratory instruments, SAP, CDS, SDMS, registration systems, and data lakes.
Design and execute data migration from legacy systems into target ELN/LIMS platforms.
Support computer system validation and produce documentation aligned with GxP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Mentor junior developers, review deliverables, and contribute to best practices and reusable assets.
Work with client teams across time zones and provide status reporting and demonstrations.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
8–10 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years configuring, customizing, and implementing Dotmatics.
Strong programming or scripting skills in relevant technologies such as Python, Java, Groovy, JavaScript/TypeScript, or LIMS Basic.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns for laboratory and enterprise systems.
Understanding of laboratory workflows in R&D or QC environments, including sample management, test execution, results capture, stability, batch release, or research data capture.
Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL and SQL.
Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with scientists and global client stakeholders.
Benchling configuration, Apps, or API integration experience is preferred.
Experience with other ELN/LIMS, SDMS, CDS, scientific data platforms, AWS or Azure, DevOps practices, platform certifications, Jira/Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, or consulting and services delivery is preferred.
