Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an ecosystem of integrations with multiple external providers.
- Execute complex backend software engineering projects focusing on APIs and data processing.
- Drive key engineering initiatives while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Author technical proposals to document and align teams on project designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on backend or system programming.
- Strong experience with Python and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in distributed system design and large-scale data architecture.
- Experience with Authorization and Authentication patterns.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms ensuring data isolation and security.
