Responsibilities
- Develop scalable software libraries for numerical methods using modern tools and languages.
- Tune, optimize, and benchmark algorithms across CPU and GPU architectures.
- Collaborate with product management and internal and external partners to define feature and performance requirements and contribute to technical roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to library engineers.
- Identify performance and abstraction improvements and re-architect code to reduce maintenance costs.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience developing, debugging, and optimizing high-performance parallel numerical applications on modern computing platforms with GPU acceleration using CUDA.
- Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills.
- Proven experience leading and completing software development projects.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
- A PhD or MSc in Computational Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related science or engineering field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of CPU and/or GPU hardware architecture is preferred.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and testing for accuracy and performance is preferred.
- Python scripting experience is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD systems, JIRA, and globally distributed organizations is preferred.
Benefits
- The base salary range for Poland is 375,000 PLN to 650,000 PLN per year.
