Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core frontend features using Svelte, TypeScript, and modern web tooling.
- Own complex UI projects end-to-end from architecture and implementation through polish and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to turn business logic into intuitive interfaces.
- Shape and evolve the design system and component libraries.
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and reliability across browsers and devices.
- Review code, mentor teammates, and raise the frontend team’s technical standards.
Requirements
- Typically 5+ years of professional frontend or full-stack engineering experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Proven experience shipping complex, data-driven web applications in production.
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and API integration patterns.
- Strong design sensibility and empathy for users.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote, async environment.
- Frontend performance optimization experience is a plus.
