Responsibilities
- Lead major projects and take new products from concept to launch.
- Identify and solve technical and quality challenges.
- Define high-level technical direction and ensure project success.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and ship new features using TypeScript, React, and other technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in a technical leadership role with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in building full stack applications with TypeScript.
- Experience in developing products directly for users.
