Base Salary
$200k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead major projects and take new products from 0 to 1.
- Identify and solve difficult technical and quality problems.
- Set high-level technical direction and ensure projects deliver results.
- Mentor and develop new senior engineers.
- Ship new features and build infrastructure using TypeScript, React, CSS, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres.
- Collaborate with product and platform engineers, designers, sales representatives, and product managers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience in a technical leadership role working cross-functionally.
- Experience building full-stack applications with TypeScript.
- Experience building software directly for users.
- Experience with IDEs, terminals, or other common developer tools is a bonus.
- Previous startup experience in a cross-functional engineering role is a bonus.
