- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize AI agent applications and agentic workflows.
- Build and integrate intelligent agents using agent frameworks, tools, and orchestration platforms.
- Develop agent capabilities including planning, tool usage, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Create reusable components, frameworks, and development best practices for agent systems.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve the performance, reliability, and security of agent-based applications.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Stay current with LLMs, agent technologies, and AI engineering practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents or agentic applications.
- Strong understanding of agent harness concepts, architecture, and development practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Java.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and AI offerings.
- Strong experience with Docker, containerized application deployment, and Linux environments.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks; multi-agent systems; AI orchestration workflows; prompt engineering; RAG; vector databases; AI evaluation techniques; enterprise AI deployments; and cloud-native architectures or Kubernetes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, English communication, self-motivation, and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
