Responsibilities
- Identify solutions with team members to meet business requirements.
- Develop high-quality market logic normalization code and configuration.
- Ensure software quality through automated regression testing, unit tests, code reviews, testing, and debugging.
- Collaborate with QA and Operations to integrate software into test and production environments.
- Work with Technical Architects and Product Owners to build software to specification.
- Research and suggest new technologies while adapting to changing requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of C++ experience.
- Experience across the full software development life cycle.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented development.
- Strong analytical, written, oral, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to thoroughly test and debug code using test-driven development.
- Preferred experience with Linux development, automated testing, real-time programming, multithreaded application debugging, design patterns, and financial markets or market data.
- Scripting experience with Python, Unix shell scripts, or PowerShell is desirable.
- Knowledge of JavaScript or Node.js is desirable.
- Ability to learn continuously and adapt to change.
