Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and React.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable solutions.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks and build responsive React interfaces.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Optimize application performance and scalability through bottleneck identification and caching strategies.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across the full technology stack to maintain system reliability and user experience.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and delivery of multiple projects within established timelines.
- Maintain technical documentation for features, APIs, and system architecture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with React and Node.js.
- BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA or equivalent listed educational qualification; the education section specifies Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering.
- Generative AI is listed as a required skill.
- Preferred capabilities include data analytics, data integration, data modeling, data pipelines, big data, algorithm development, dashboard creation, and related analytical skills.
