Base Salary
$99k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies addressing clients’ business problems and needs.
- Develop innovative solutions using AI technologies, data science, big data, cloud environments, LLMs, and agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
- Deploy solutions using Amazon AI products, SageMaker Studio, and Bedrock.
- Train and fine-tune large language models.
- Lead architecture, platform engineering, and development teams on enterprise cloud engagements.
- Provide technical guidance to architects and engineers, mentor team members, and potentially supervise staff.
- Ensure solutions address organizational strategy, business goals, scalability, availability, resilience, security, compliance, and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and data science using Python and big data technologies such as Hive, Q, Bedrock, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing highly available, scalable, and resilient enterprise cloud environments.
- 3+ years of experience deploying solutions using the Amazon AI product suite, SageMaker Studio, and Bedrock.
- 3+ years of experience using LLMs, generative AI applications, or agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience leading architecture, platform engineering, and development teams on enterprise cloud engagements.
- Experience training and fine-tuning LLMs and knowledge of big data solutions, data migration technologies, and processes.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology field such as Computer Science or Statistics.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with GCP or Microsoft Azure, technical guidance, cloud security and compliance, network architecture, security principles, a master’s or doctorate in a technology field, and security, cloud, or software development certification.
