Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with current and prospective software development teams to understand their architectures, development environments, and tooling.
- Develop onboarding paths and assist customers with platform migration and technical problem solving.
- Build and support full-stack software applications and developer workflow automation.
- Use cloud, database, networking, deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code expertise to leverage the platform.
- Communicate and collaborate across engineering teams and help lead engineers in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience with TypeScript, Golang, or Python.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS and CI/CD and developer workflow automation, including GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux.
- 4+ years of experience with Docker-based containerization and deployments.
- 4+ years of experience using databases such as MySQL or Postgres.
- 4+ years of experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, AWS, or CDK.
- 4+ years of experience using APM and monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf to accelerate prototyping.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and a bachelor's degree.
- Preferred qualifications include developer platform experience, technical documentation experience, AWS technology experience with DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, or RDS, application troubleshooting experience, and cross-team collaboration skills.
