Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with current and prospective software development teams to understand their architectures, development environments, and tooling.
- Translate customer needs into onboarding paths for the company’s platform.
- Assist with customer migrations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving using the platform.
- Develop full stack software applications and work across engineering teams.
- Lead engineers and collaborate across development teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Use cloud, databases, networking, architecture, design patterns, infrastructure as code, deployment, monitoring, and developer workflow automation technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, including TypeScript, Golang, or Python.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS, CI/CD, and developer workflow automation, including GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux.
- 4+ years of experience with containerization and deployments using Docker.
- 4+ years of database experience, including MySQL or Postgres.
- 4+ years of infrastructure-as-code experience, including Terraform, AWS, or CDK.
- 4+ years of experience with APM and monitoring tools, including AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf to rapidly prototype features.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for classified information access.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience includes developer platforms, technical documentation for engineers, AWS services such as DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, and RDS, application troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration.
