Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and help teams leverage the company platform.
- Assist software development teams with migration, onboarding, and platform-related problem solving.
- Understand customer architectures, development environments, and tooling to develop onboarding paths.
- Work across current and new development teams and lead engineers.
- Use cloud, database, networking, full stack application, architecture, and design-pattern expertise to support platform adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience, including TypeScript, Golang, or Python.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS, CI/CD, and developer workflow automation, including GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux.
- 4+ years of experience with Docker-based containerization and deployments.
- 4+ years of experience using databases, including MySQL or Postgres.
- 4+ years of experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, AWS, or CDK.
- 4+ years of experience with APM and monitoring tools, including AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana.
- Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf to accelerate prototyping.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred qualifications include developer platform experience, technical documentation experience, familiarity with AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, and RDS, application troubleshooting experience, and cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
