Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making.
- Connect technology solutions to measurable customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with account managers and partners to enhance customer experience.
- Promote the advantages of Everpure solutions.
- Refine sales strategies and manage technical responsibilities.
- Provide technical leadership on storage products and architectures.
- Manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Deliver technical product presentations to clients.
- Translate customer requirements into innovative solutions.
- Respond to RFI and RFP requests.
- Identify new opportunities for testing and validation.
- Facilitate roadmap exchanges with partners.
- Produce marketing materials supporting alliance objectives.
- Stay updated on competition and solution positioning.
- Promote thought leadership within the organization.
- Exemplify company values of persistence, creativity, teamwork, ownership, and customer-first.
Requirements
- Creativity, empathy, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Pre-sales experience is required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications.
- Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based solutions.
- Experience in targeting and converting new prospects.
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures.
- Experience with Linux and NFS file systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus.
- Experience with distributed computing and storage subsystems.
- Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and microservices is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation to Cloud Native architecture.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with modern web architecture is a plus.
- Curiosity and passion for technology.
