Responsibilities
- Execute requirements analysis and solution design for client implementation programs.
- Lead onboarding and act as the solution owner for Clearwater SaaS platform implementations.
- Work with Sales on discovery, early scope definition, and statements of work.
- Evaluate, standardize, and document investment accounting and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with Program Managers on implementation change management and business-process transition.
- Coordinate with R&D, Sales, analysts, workstream leads, and operations teams to support client success.
- Identify product and process improvements, contribute to the product roadmap, and establish repeatable, scalable onboarding processes.
- Engage senior and executive stakeholders to guide solution and scope decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert, solution architect, program manager, or in a related role.
- Experience with complex implementations involving multi-tier architecture.
- Awareness of SaaS and cloud architecture.
- Deep knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting, including HGB/German GAAP, Solvency II, IFRS, and general ledger processes.
- Experience engaging senior and executive leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Clearwater experience is preferred.
