Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective test practices.
- Analyze, challenge, and clarify requirements while working with evolving requirements.
- Plan test coverage and apply quality control fundamentals.
- Implement test automation using basic coding, pipelines, and test-pyramid concepts.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders in distributed teams.
- Share and evangelize QA knowledge and best practices.
- Articulate issues, impacts, and technical decisions clearly.
Requirements
- Demonstrated QA engineering skills with a focus on test design, coverage, planning, and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with test automation and basic coding.
- Knowledge of tools, APIs, code reading and reasoning, databases, basic Linux/CLI, pipelines, CI/CD practices, and SDLC awareness.
- Ability to analyze and clarify requirements and work with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly and concisely.
