Responsibilities

Implement customer feedback, changes, and enhancements by clarifying expectations, designing solutions, and building product features.
Investigate and resolve complex or escalated application issues, including crashes, data inconsistencies, and integration failures.
Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate on permanent fixes and enhancements for recurring or high-impact issues.
Monitor applications, analyze logs and behavior, and optimize performance and scalability using tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, and Kibana.
Support production deployments, hotfixes, rollback procedures, and post-deployment validation.
Ensure support activities comply with GxP and applicable regulatory requirements while maintaining audit trails and incident documentation.
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and communicate findings.
Guide and groom junior team members and provide training and guidance to L1/L2 support teams.
Document solutions, workarounds, and known issues in a knowledge base.

1–4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with the Microsoft technology stack.
Working knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, Postman, Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience or knowledge with Cosmos DB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Microsoft SQL Server, and distributed document databases.
Familiarity with UI and unit testing tools including MSTest, Jasmine, Moq, NUnit, and Karma.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and efficient code and query development.
Working knowledge of authentication and authorization, with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect as additional technologies.
Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and familiarity with Agile practices, preferably Scrum.
MCA or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, leadership, customer-service, and documentation skills.
Ability to guide junior team members and communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and reports to a manager.

The position supports work on globally used laboratory information management systems, customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM systems, mobile apps, and B2B platforms.
