Responsibilities
- Define and drive AI architecture strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Design end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, conversational AI, and agentic AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead solution design across data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps.
- Evaluate AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, orchestration tools, and cloud AI services.
- Design intelligent agents, knowledge management solutions, prompt engineering approaches, and RAG architectures.
- Ensure AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, engineers, and enterprise architects.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to development and AI engineering teams.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices; conduct architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
- Support proposal development, client discussions, and solution presentations for AI-led transformations.
Requirements
- At least 11 years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to AI/ML solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with LLMs including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and AI observability.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of data engineering, data lakes, distributed processing, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, explainability, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and solution presentation skills.
- Preferred experience with Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent architectures, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Snowflake, and enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is required.
- AI-related certifications from Microsoft, AWS, Google, or equivalent platforms are preferred.
