Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Architect and deliver high-performance, resilient scale-out file and object storage systems from initial design through shipped products.
- Develop algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for AI infrastructure, data pipelines, distributed computing, and enterprise analytics.
- Diagnose and resolve complex multi-threaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
- Own technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and drive product stability with product management, validation, and support teams.
- Mentor engineering peers, lead architecture forums, and promote technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Linux system programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven ability to make strategic architectural decisions, design for high availability, and support complex production deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience articulating system architectures, presenting design proposals, and influencing technical stakeholders.
