Base Salary

$160k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Act as the onsite subject matter expert for SAP IBP, Snowflake, SCP AI in Snowflake, and SAP CIDS.
  • Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes.
  • Design, support, and optimize integration architecture across SAP IBP, Snowflake, SAP CIDS, and related enterprise systems.
  • Translate supply chain business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate work between business stakeholders, onsite IT, and offshore IT resources.
  • Develop and maintain data models, interface specifications, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
  • Review system performance and recommend improvements to scalability, performance, and data quality.
  • Support AI/ML-driven Supply Chain Planning capabilities built within Snowflake.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure system interoperability and enterprise standards alignment.
  • Provide on-call support and support supply chain planning transformation and enhancement initiatives.
  • Travel domestically and internationally on a limited basis as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing, data modeling, and supply chain analytics.
  • Experience designing and supporting complex system integration architectures.
  • Functional understanding of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with global, matrixed teams.
  • Experience with Agile and ITIL-based delivery methodologies.
