Base Salary

$145k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery and engineering of geospatial asset management solutions.
  • Configure and maintain asset management products to meet client requirements.
  • Configure and implement APIs, data structures, database management solutions, service requests, work orders, inspections, and related workflows.
  • Lead client migration and upgrade projects, including data validation, testing, and configuration updates.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and document solutions.
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Support testing, training, presentations, go-live activities, and project pursuits.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
  • Research products, software, vendors, and implementation strategies.
  • Design applications with cohesive user interfaces and a focus on user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience with asset management product configuration and administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Esri’s desktop and online software suites.
  • At least 3 years of experience engineering solutions for clients.
  • Understanding of asset management principles, software application principles, and data management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with asset management products, APIs, SDKs, or custom integrations is preferred.
  • Experience leading technical training for non-technical audiences and knowledge of permitting, licensing, and land-use workflows are preferred.
