Base Salary
$144k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets and support regional revenue growth.
- Explain Netskope’s architecture and cloud security benefits to security leaders, architects, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Create presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept/value exercises, evaluation test plans, and overall win strategies.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security solution to prospective customers and at conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
- Gather customer technical requirements and position Netskope as the best solution for customer needs and business value.
- Lead customer and partner evaluations and proofs of concept through successful completion.
- Act as a customer advocate, support customer success, and resolve or escalate satisfaction issues cross-functionally.
- Provide product feedback and feature requests to Product Management.
- Analyze competitive solutions and differentiate Netskope from them.
- Respond effectively to RFIs and RFPs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant Solutions or Systems Engineering experience with a proven record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication, presentation, public speaking, and executive influence skills.
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies including MDM and MAM and operating systems such as Android and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML, SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with cloud identity providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and SD-WAN deployments and integrations.
- Experience with Active Directory Services and ADFS; Azure AD knowledge is desired.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP public cloud environments and cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology behaviors simply.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Preferred experience with Python and REST APIs.
- Prior experience with other cloud security vendors is advantageous.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Bluecoat, Symantec, McAfee, Checkpoint, Cisco, and Juniper.
- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, CCSP, CCSE, GCFW, PCNSE, JNCIS-SEC/JNCIP-ENT, or GCIH are advantageous.
- Agile Scrum certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or CSP and project management certification such as PMP are advantageous.
- Advanced network technology certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CCSP, JNCIE, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in computer science or a related field.
