Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to drive technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support VAR, MSP, and MSSP channel partners with solution positioning, deployment, and ongoing technical support.
- Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, technical presentations, and whiteboard sessions.
- Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations aligned with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams.
- Participate in regional reporting and technical sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through technical expertise and sales acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience, master’s degree with 3+ years, Ph.D. with 1+ year, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CISSP certification is required.
- Experience in pre-sales, technical support, professional services, or solution engineering within a cybersecurity vendor, channel partner, distributor, systems integrator, or enterprise environment.
- Ability to independently lead technical sales engagements and present complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong communication, objection-handling, whiteboarding, solution-selling, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience evaluating customer requirements and developing effective technical solutions.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Azure Associate and/or AWS Associate certification, SonicWall SNSA and SNSP certifications, knowledge of HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, FERPA, CIPA, and GDPR, and managed or cloud security experience.
