Responsibilities
- Build REST/GraphQL APIs and middleware connecting Dynamics/Dataverse with consuming applications and AI agents.
- Implement event-driven patterns that publish CRM state changes to downstream systems.
- Expose CRM and platform capabilities through MCP servers for AI tool access.
- Enable LLM and agent workflows to query, summarize, and trigger CRM processes.
- Implement secure delegated access using modern identity and authorization patterns.
- Apply knowledge of Dataverse schemas, Dynamics security, plugins, and workflows.
- Provide production support and manage releases and changes.
- Write and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or a master’s degree/diploma in Computer Science.
- Backend engineering and API design experience with Java, .NET, and Python.
- Experience with API gateways and integration platforms such as Azure API Management.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, including Kafka-style patterns and Service Bus/Event Grid equivalents.
- Experience with Entra ID, OAuth/OIDC, and delegated access.
- Experience integrating agents using Semantic Kernel or LangChain, including prompt design and RAG patterns.
- Experience with Copilot Studio integrations.
- AWS cloud experience with Lambda, ECS, Glue, S3, IAM, DynamoDB, and SQS/SNS.
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
