Responsibilities
- Support production systems to meet SLA targets and maintain service availability for customer workloads.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code, deployment pipeline, and scripting automation across Azure, GCP, and datacenter environments.
- Manage the deployment, resource lifecycle, and troubleshooting of production and Hands-on Lab environments.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and investigate and resolve production incidents.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, escalating and collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and Support teams to operate and stabilize production services.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and practical implementation of technical designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting production systems in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
- Experience in development, operations, or cloud engineering environments.
- Familiarity with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and services and containers and orchestration; Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively on a team and take ownership of assigned work.
