Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and generative AI solutions for business and engineering use cases.
- Build, test, and deploy applications using machine learning, NLP, LLMs, and related technologies.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into working AI solutions.
- Implement RAG-based, prompt-driven, and other AI-enabled applications.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools, systems, and workflows.
- Partner with technical leads and architects to ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with standards.
- Participate in experimentation, prototyping, validation, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot deployed AI solutions and support continuous product enhancement.
- Follow development, testing, and documentation practices while contributing to team knowledge sharing and AI capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in AI development, machine learning, software engineering, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing AI or ML solutions in a business environment.
- Experience with Python and common AI/ML development frameworks.
- Knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications.
- Experience building or supporting chat-based tools, prompt-based workflows, RAG applications, or model/API integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of APIs, deployment practices, and production support considerations.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include MLOps or LLMOps experience, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, AI testing and monitoring, multimodal AI, document intelligence, speech-enabled solutions, responsible AI, privacy, secure implementation, Agile delivery, and mentoring or technical task leadership.
